Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  We do not process orders through this web site, we just take the order requests. All orders are filled using our internal servers and software. When your order is entered into our system you should receive a confirmation email. Please read this email, as we might have important notes about item availability, necessary adjustments, etc. Attached to the email will be a copy of your entered order, as a PDF file. You should open that file and make sure we have gotten everything correctly (ship-to address, quantities, etc.).

When the order actually ships, you will receive a second email informing you of the shipment, with the invoice attached. This differs from the confirmation email since it also shows the shipping costs.

If you do not receive the first confirmation email withing about 24 hours, please call us to confirm that we have your order.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Changes made in this way will automatically be forwarded to JET as a change request, however if your original order has already been packed at the warehouse, we may be unable to accept the changes. Please note that once you have received the email that your order has shipped, it is too late to make any changes.
It is always best to call us if you need to make any changes, unless the changes are being made shortly after you confirmed the order.

How do I track my order?
  At the present time we do not update our online orders with tracking numbers. If you need such information, please call us and we can easily check the tracking information for you.
My order never arrived.
  Please review the shipping timetable maps for both FedEx and UPS (on our SHIPPING page) before worrying that an order is late.
However please call us at any time if you believe you should have received your order already.

If you have received the "order confirmation" email, but not the "order shipped" email, it is possible that we are holding the order for some reason (possibly one item is expected back in stock withing a few days). Again, please call us to confirm.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  Occasionally packing errors do occur. If you seem to be missing something, please look through all the boxes carefully, as our shipping staff sometimes combines items in a box to same shipping space. If you are missing several items it is possible that the shipment consisted of more than one box and the shipper may not have delivered all the boxes to you. We can quickly look up the tracking information for you if you call us with the order number.

Should something be missing, please call us. We will verify the information and will either issue you a credit, or ship out the missing goods at no additional charge.
My product is missing parts.
  Our products are manufactured overseas, and we don't usually have any supply of parts. However if you find that anything is missing from a product please let us know and we will either replace the missing components or replace the entire product. If one of your customers returns a product due to missing parts, please replace it from your stock and then contact us for a replacement. 
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which we do not have stock of in our warehouse. In the case of a new product it may be that it hasn't yet arrived. For other products it may be that it is on the way, however overseas shipping takes at least a month. Sometimes we run out of a product sooner than we have anticipated, in which case we could be out of stock for several months while the product is re-manufactured and shipped. We make an effort to update the web site with expected arrival dates, however these are just estimates. If you need more information, please call us.
