Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Since JET sells wholesale only, and only to authorized resellers, we do not charge any sales taxes.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. HOWEVER, please remember that the order as placed on this web site is really just an order REQUEST -- the actual order is processed through or internal ordering and accounting system. The email you receive when your order ships contains the actual, final invoice. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. We can easily re-send a copy of an invoice if you require one.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Please call us and we can re-send a copy of any invoice or order by email or fax.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  In the event that you are owed a credit for any reason, we will generally email you a credit memo, and keep the credit on file to be applied towards you next order. If you need the credit to be sent to you by check or put back on your credit card, please let us know, either by phone, or email. Credit memos are usually entered when the returned goods are received, or immediately in the case of damaged or missing merchandise. The actual processing of a credit memo may take 3-10 days.
When will my credit card be charged?
  We will charge your credit card when your order is packed and shipping labels have been generated. For FedEx and UPS that usually means the day they ship, or possibly the evening before. For other transport methods (like pallet delivery) it could be 1-2 days prior to the order actually being picked up.
