International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. PLEASE NOTE however, that most international customers find it more cost effective to have us ship to a USA-based freight forwarder that they contract with.
What are my payment choices?
  International orders (with few exceptions perhaps for long-standing customers) must be paid by credit card before we will ship it. Since we do not take payments online, please make sure that we have a valid credit card on file for you, or call in with your payment details after you have placed your order. Check your order confirmation email, as that is how we will inform you if there is any problem with your payment.
When will my order ship and what are shipping charges?
  Your order will ship within a few days of being placed, assuming everything is in stock and you have successfully prepaid by credit card. If you require a shipping estimate PLEASE TELL US IN YOUR ORDER COMMENTS. When the order is invoiced and ready to ship you will receive a ship notification email with the invoice attached. The invoice will show the shipping charges. Generally your order will be picked up by the carrier within a few hours of that email, and once it has been picked up we cannot adjust it.
