How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  JET charges shipping on all orders, as per actual costs for FedEx or UPS ground shipping, which is based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We generally cannot provide a shipping estimate since until your order is packed we really don't know the weight or number of packages required. Although we have negotiated good rates with both FedEx and UPS, you may ask us to ship collect using either of these carriers on your own company account if you prefer.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Unless you have instructed us otherwise, your order will generally ship in 1-3 days after it was placed. If your order contains products that are not in stock and we know they will be in shortly, we may opt to hold the order until the missing items arrive, in order to ship complete. Our system is able to specify a ship date, including a "not before" date, and also a "not after" date. Please let us know either in your online order comments, or by calling us if you have any specific shipping requirements.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped, with the invoice attached.
