PRODUCT SEARCH

If you type a product number or part of a name in the search bar, and then hit enter, you will get a display of all matching products (even if there is only one). Then if you wish to see more detail or add it to your cart, you need to click on the appropriate product. HOWEVER... when you type that search into the search bar, you will get a drop-down list up to 10 matching products. If you see the one you want, slide down and click on it rather than hitting enter. That will bring you DIRECTLY to the product detail, saving a step.

SHOPPING CART

If you log out without completing your order, you cart should be preserved and will re-populate as long as you log in using the same credentials.

Many of our products (especially games) now have the instruction sheets online. If you want to know more, scroll to the bottom of a product listing -- if instructions are available there will be a download link in the "features" section under the description.

WHERE TO BUY

We don't sell retail to end users, but if someone browses our site and wants to buy a product, we present them with an alphabetical list of online stores that stock JET products. Not on our list? If you stock JET products and have an online presence, ask us to add you to the list!

DISCOUNTS

Most products are sold in very reasonable minimum quantities. Did you know that you can save even more by purchasing larger quantities? Just click the red "Show quantity discounts" link under the product listing to see how you can save.

OK, not all of them are "new" -- if we haven't had a certain product for a long time, we may mark it as "NEW" to show that we have finally re-manufactured it.
